Prior to NAHREP, Jason served as Sr. Director of Industry Relations and as Vice President of Global Affiliate Services for Anywhere Real Estate, the largest residential real estate company. Other notable roles include NAHREP's first CMO, launching multicultural marketing departments for Big Lots Stores, North America's largest broadline closeout retailer and for the nation’s largest specialty retailer of paint and painting supplies, The Sherwin-Williams Co.

Jason's career began in media where he served as General Manager and Publisher of Spanish language radio stations and publications before transitioning to a Hispanic MarCom agency.
