Rob Pieklo began his career as a mortgage originator at a small lender, rapidly expanding into a leadership role overseeing the company's retail channel. He later became a partner and managed capital markets, then transitioned to chief strategy officer, spearheading growth initiatives and founding the consumer direct platform. After selling his stake in 2018, he revitalized originations for a large public mortgage company, increasing monthly volume from $500 million to $1.5 billion and achieving profitability before its sale to a publicly traded REIT.
Currently, Pieklo collaborates with partner Shaun Hamman at Equity Home Mortgage, focusing on innovative ventures in the industry.
